Webstone, CSS Portal, another tutorial site,

CSS Portal and Webstone.info are probably my two favorites. Their both smooth and appealing. Really pleasing to the eye.

My favourite designs are WebStone, CSS Portal and Anothertutorialsite. All of them have 'smooth and soft' design + eye-pleasing colour. However, WebStone's site is using colours which are a bit more 'sharp'. I will only start developing my site after the release of version 1.4 (when will that be?)
